These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, our newsletters, quizzes, and any content, features, or services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms.

18) Export controls

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export control laws and sanctions when using the Services.

19) Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, or actions by third parties.

20) Severability, assignment, and waiver

21) Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any policies or terms referenced here or posted on the Site, make up the entire agreement between you and Upgrade Your Stack regarding the Services.
